Hi, I’m Melissa,
I’ve been passionate about fitness my whole life—I was a national gymnast at 16, aerobics instructor and marathon runner in my 20s, yoga teacher in my 30s, competitive bodybuilder in my 40s, and world champion bodybuilder in my 50s.
After working in health management, I became disillusioned with the amount of people I saw every day with metabolic diseases such as diabetes and osteoporosis that could have been prevented if they had eaten properly and exercised. This fueled my passion to help women 40+ take control of their health by prioritising nutrition and strength training—because eating nutrient dense foods and building muscle is the key to longevity.
I want my clients to stay healthy and active, preventing health issues like hypothyroidism, cardiovascular disease, osteopenia, and diabetes through muscle maintenance and smart nutrition.
