I’ve been passionate about health and fitness my whole life—I was a national gymnast at 16, aerobics instructor and marathon runner in my 20s, yoga teacher in my 30s and world champion bodybuilder in my 50s.

As a Sports Nutritionist and Functional Health Medicine & Wellness Coach, I’m passionate about helping individuals fuel their bodies and minds for long-term performance, health, and vitality.
